Delegates are encouraged to take advantage of registering online before Monday 3 June 2025 and save on registration fees. The registration fee includes scientific sessions, lunch and tea/coffee, and the final programme and access to abstracts submitted. Accompanying persons are invited to all the social events (kindly register accordingly), but will not be able to attend the lectures.
Registration for virtual attendance can be accepted up to the start of the conference.

IAFR PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS
The practical workshop allows attendees the opportunity to ask questions about the online content, current imaging guidelines and practice positioning with a lifelike model.
The workshops will be held at Century City Conference Centre, on Sunday 7 September 2025. Workshops are approximately 1.5 hours long.
Those wishing to attend the practical workshop will need to successfully complete the online course at least 48 hours prior to the to the workshop and will be required to show their certificate of completion at the workshop.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION TO THE CONGRESS
Any cancellation received by the Secretariat will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 3 July 2025.
- No refund if written cancellation is received after 3 July 2025.
ON SITE REGISTRATION (AT THE CONGRESS VENUE)
While it will be possible to register on site, we strongly recommend that participants and their accompanying persons take advantage of the convenience by registering in advance.
Since congress registration packs are ordered in advance and cannot be delivered on short notice, on-site registrations cannot secure a conference registration pack inclusive of all the registration material.
No provision for special meals will be made for on-site registrations.
