Delegates are encouraged to take advantage of the secure online registration facility and register before Friday 20 January 2023 to qualify for the early bird registration fee. Please note the number of delegates for the workshop is limited and based on a first come first serve basis.
The registration fee includes:
21 - 22 April: 2 full days of lectures and live ultrasound demonstrations, welcome function, lunch both days, morning and afternoon tea, submission CPD points to HPCSA, opportunity to try different ultrasound machines during breaks.
23 April: Workshop attendance, opportunity to try different ultrasound machines, lunch, morning and afternoon tea, submission CPD points to HPCSA. Workshop is fully booked, you can email Leandri Duvenhage at leandrid@consultus.co.za to be added to the waiting list.
Completed registration will be acknowledged by e-mail. Accompanying persons are invited to the social event.
Please note that late registrations can only be accepted at the conference office up to Friday 7 April 2023. Thereafter, delegates must register at the conference.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION TO THE CONFERENCE
Any cancellation received by the Secretariat will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 20 January 2023.
- No refund if written cancellation is received after 20 January 2023.
