Corona Virus
All delegates whom register for the conference need to be fully vaccinated to attend the congress in person. Please note that proof of vaccination is required upon collection of your registration pack.
In keeping with WHO guidance, all measures will be implemented to ensure the highest levels of hygiene at the conference venue and hotel. There will be hand sanitizing stations in all venues, more frequent cleaning of conference rooms, restrooms and door handles. We will maintain a handshake free policy.
The following COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols will be followed for those attending the conference.
- Spacious venue to allow for social distancing. Venue equipped with an efficient ventilation system with seats allowing for social distancing.
- Temperature and COVID-19 screening upon entry into the venue.
- Compulsory wearing of face masks.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided in your registration pack.
- Appointed COVID-19 officers will enforce compliance.
- Sanitization stations will be available across the event.
- Venue will be sanitized at regular intervals.
