Our fully equipped conference centre consists of 11 meeting rooms, and can accommodate intimate, medium or large gatherings of up to 500 delegates.

A block reservation of 90 rooms has been made at The Lord Charles Hotel, Somerset West for the duration of the course with either a twin or king size bed configuration. The rooms offer luxury in its simplicity; a mix of form and function. Each room comes standard with seamless Wi-Fi, a 42” flat screen TV and a work space with ample charging points for devices.

Accommodation rates are quoted per room per night, inclusive of breakfast served in the Garden Terrace Restaurant. The accommodation rates include 1% Tourism Levy. Rooms will be allocated on a fist come first serve basis.
90 - 60 days prior to the event - 50% of the total cost will be charged
59 - 30 days prior to the event - 90% of the total cost will be charged
29 - 14 days prior to the event - 100% of the total cost will be charged
TRANSPORT
Transport to and from the airport and course venue will be for your own arrangement and payment.
