GENERAL INFORMATION
Language
The official language of the conference will be English. No simultaneous translation service will be provided.
Exhibitions
Companies and suppliers will exhibit their latest innovations, give demonstrations and will be available to answer questions. You will have ample opportunity to visit the exhibitions during refreshment breaks.
CPD Accreditation
CPD points will be awarded for the congress and will be allocated per session attended.
The CPD scanning and monitoring process is being managed by ConsultUS (Pty) Ltd.
The CPD provider will submit points earned per delegates directly to the HPCSA CPD office.
The HPCSA will then automatically upload the accredited CPD event/activity points to the HPCSA professionals profile.
Admission Nametags
Conference nametags must be worn by all participants at all times during the conference and on all conference premises. Nametags should also be worn when attending the events of the social program. Only participants or accompanying persons wearing their conference nametags will be admitted to the scientific sessions and the social events.
Credit Cards
Major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, Visa) are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
Transport
Please note: Transport to and from the conference venue will be for your own arrangement and payment, should you make use of any of the alternative accommodation.
