A visa letter will be provided once your payment for the congress registration is processed.
Corona Virus
In keeping with WHO guidance, all measures will be implemented to ensure the highest levels of hygiene at the conference venue and hotel. There will be hand sanitizing stations in all venues, more frequent cleaning of conference rooms, restrooms and door handles. We will maintain a handshake free policy.

Yellow Fever Certificate
A yellow fever certificate is only required if you are travelling from a country where yellow fever is endemic. Please check with your travel agent. If required, please ensure you are in possession of a valid yellow fever certificate at least 2 weeks prior to travel, failing which you will not be permitted entry into South Africa.
Currency and exchange
The South African Rand (ZAR) is the local currency. Foreign exchange can be done at the airport as well as at all major hotels.
South African Rands are available at major banks in South Africa as well as foreign exchange counters at OR International Airport and Cape Town International Airport. A passport will be required for ALL forex transactions.
All major credit cards are accepted throughout South Africa.
Security
We urge delegates to take care of their personal possessions at all times as the convenors nor the organisers of the congress will take responsibility for any loss or damage to any delegate’s property.
Language Policy
The official language of the Congress will be English.

Insurance
All guests are responsible for own insurance.
