Presenters must register before the early bird deadline of 8 August 2022 to be included in the programme. The registration fee includes attendance of all the sessions and on-demand viewing until 31 December 2022. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by e-mail.
Delegates MUST register for the online days and then they have a choice of whether they would also like to attend the in-person days (selecting either Stellenbosch, Monash or Georgetown).
Note that late registrations can only be accepted at the congress office up to 7 November 2022.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION TO THE CONFERENCE
Any cancellation received in writing by the Secretariat before 21 October 2022 will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 21 October 2022.
- No refund if written cancellation is received after 21 October 2022.
- In the event of non-attendance/non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception.
- Any applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
- Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
- In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred.
- Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangement or in-person day attendance.
