RSSA/SASNI/ESNR Spinal Imaging Course is pleased to announce the course will be offered as both a live and virtual event (27 – 29 May 2021).

Features of the virtual conference include live streaming of the sessions and on-demand viewing up to one month after completion of the conference.

What is a virtual conference?

A virtual conference is hosted entirely online. It will allow attendees to access live and recorded presentations via their computers, iPad, mobile phone, etc. Attendees participate through a conference delivery system designed specifically for the virtual conference.

What the technical requirements needed to participate in the virtual conference?

To participate, you need an Internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using a supported internet browser, we recommend you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Please ensure you have a min of 5Mb per second download speed. Preferably use a dedicated internet line for uninterrupted connection.

How do I register for this conference?

Click here to register for the RSSA/SASNI/ESNR Spinal Imaging Course Virtual Option.  After you register, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to connect to the virtual platform of the conference.

Make sure that the email address associated with your registration is accurate and up to date so that there is no delay in receiving our communications.

Can I share my virtual conference login information with other members of my team?

For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference.

What do I need to do on the day of the virtual event?

On the day before the event, you will receive a reminder with your unique login details. This will also contain a link that will automatically login to your account and access the event page.

Once you are logged into the virtual session, you can click on the programme tab to see what session is currently in progress.

What happens if I miss a session?

All sessions will be put in an On-Demand area of the virtual conference website which you will be able to access up to 30 days after the conference.

What if I can't hear the audio on my computer?

  1. Note that it is best to use the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Browser.  
  2. Do not use SAFARI, FIREFOX or other browsers
  3. Please allow the website  permission for camera and microphone access.

How will I earn CPD points for the virtual conference?

Attendance will be monitored per session. Your certificate will be emailed to you in approximately 4 weeks post-conference and upon closing of the virtual platform.
