ACCOMMODATION
A block accommodation reservation of 50 rooms have been arranged at The Protea Hotel Conference Centre, Stellenbosch at reduced rates. You are advised to book your accommodation soonest to avoid disappointment as limited rooms are available. The hotel will confirm your reservation directly with you. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed if you do not book in advance.

Accommodation rates are quoted per room per night, inclusive of breakfast served in the Cultivar Restaurant. The accommodation rates exclude 1% Tourism Levy.
Rooms will be allocated on a fist come first serve basis.
Should you book accommodation telephonically, please remember to mention that you are booking for the PHYSICIANS 2026 CONFERENCE. Should you fail to do this, the hotel might inform you that they are fully booked.
The hotel will confirm your accommodation reservation directly with you.
