Dear Radiographers and Colleagues
It is my great pleasure to share the news of our upcoming Symposium Bonn+ : What’s new, what’s true, what’s next in radiation protection on 18 April 2026. On behalf of SORSA, I invite all health care professionals involved in the use of ionizing radiation to join us for what promises to be an informative and valuable symposium.
Radiation protection remains the foundation for safe, effective and ethical practice. As the applications of ionizing radiation in imaging, diagnosis, treatment and research continue to evolve, so too must our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of radiation safety for patients, staff and the public.
This distinguished lineup results from Dr. Henra Muller’s networking at the IAEA International Conference on Radiation Protection in Medicine (Vienna, December 8-12). Dr Peer and Dr Muller have curated a programme featuring leading international voices on ‘What’s new, what’s true, what’s next in radiation protection’.
Whether you are deeply involved in radiation safety or simply wish to strengthen your knowledge in this critical area, we believe this symposium will offer valuable insights and practical perspectives.
I look forward to welcoming you to a stimulating and productive symposium.
